Solve CHD is a multidisciplinary team of researchers and clinicians from across Australia with backgrounds in allied health, nursing, cardiology, public health, health economics and psychology. Its goal is to transform post-discharge secondary prevention and reduce the burden of heart disease by decreasing deaths, hospitalisations and costs via a program of work that integrates data, technology, partnerships and capacity building.
Having access to patients is vital to the success of this research and eligible volunteers are currently being sought for the research project as described in the project flyer.
