Solve CHD is recruiting for participants to trial access to a purpose-built digital app designed to provide social connection for people diagnosed with heart disease.
To be eligible you must have:
- Diagnosis of heart disease, for example heart attack or angina, treatments such as stent or angioplasty, coronary artery bypass surgery, valve disease or atrial fibrillation
- A smart phone or tablet (dg iPad)
